This Italian brand shares its hometown with Juventus FC and vitello tonnato: Turin. Mattioli dates back to 1860, when jeweller Giuanin Marchisio founded Antica Ditta Marchisio to craft gold chains and necklaces by hand. Soon, the maison received the historic “1TO” hallmark, Italy’s highest mark of quality. Its factory later made gold components for Cartier, Tiffany & Co. and Gucci before launching its brand.
